histoclear

National Diagnostics Histoclear

In the preparation and staining of the sections Histo-Clear can be used as a substitute for xylene and/or toluene, with no alteration of the technique, even in the automatic processors and fabrics dyers. The Histo-Clear is, in all proportions, is compatible with Ethanol, Isopropanol and T-butanol. It is also compatible with all embedding media based in paraffin and any permanent mounting media, as it is designed to minimize chromatic alterations and maintain clarity for years.

Clarifying reagent completely new and secure, with which high-quality cuts are obtained. It is made of 100% GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) materials. The Histo-Clear leaves the tissues less hard and less brittle than xylene, providing fine cuts and extending the life of the blade. The use of Histo-Clear in the laboratory, together with quality dyes and mounting media, increases safety in the sampling.

Clarifying reagent completely new and secure, with which high-quality cuts are obtained. It is made of 100% GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) materials by the United States Food and Drug Administration, in any proportion or concentration. It increases the clarity and vivacity of acidophilic dyes, the stains of Hematoxylin from Harris and Eosin, are enhanced relative to other products. It also becomes more detailed the nuclear morphology. The Histo-Clear leaves the tissues less hard and less brittle than xylene, providing fine cuts and extending the life of the blade. The use of Histo-Clear in the laboratory, together with quality dyes and mounting media, increases safety in the sampling.
